Accuracy and clarity

We check factual statements against suitable material before publication and take care to distinguish established information from interpretation. Where a detail is uncertain or may change, we say so plainly rather than presenting it as settled.

Independence and corrections

Editorial decisions are made to serve readers, not to promise favourable coverage. If we learn that an article contains a meaningful error, we review it and correct the wording as appropriate. Readers can send correction requests through the Contact page.

Illustrations

Some illustrations may be generated with artificial intelligence. When an illustration is AI-generated, we label it accordingly; images are used to support the subject, not as evidence that an event or product appeared as depicted.
