Write for us

Silver Streaming Guide welcomes thoughtful pitches that help readers understand streaming media, its conventions and the choices people encounter on screen.

What we welcome

We are interested in clear explainers, comparisons, histories, myth-checks and occasion-based pieces about platforms, formats, discovery or viewing habits. Strong contributions focus on one reader question and answer it in a way that remains useful beyond a passing trend.

A good pitch

Tell us the proposed subject, the central point and why it will help a general reader. Include a brief outline of the approach and any relevant experience, without making claims that depend on unverified research or access. We do not need a finished article to consider an idea.

How to send it

Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Please include enough detail for us to understand the piece and its scope. A pitch is a proposal, not a promise of publication.
